AR500 Armor® Guardian Plate Carrier - (Carrier made of NON-Ballistic materials)

The AR500 Armor® Guardian Plate Carrier takes the highly desired features of our Micro Plate Carrier variants and adapts them to industry standard 10” x 12” body armor!

Designed as a rapid deploy-able quick-detach plate carrier, the Guardian series plate carrier feature Quick-Detach and fully adjustable shoulders and side straps via ITW GT Cobra buckles. This design provides enough real-estate via webbing for the necessary essentials while simultaneously reducing weight and bulk. The Guardian Plate Carrier can be donned and doffed in seconds with little training, and can be worn over existing soft armor and other gear. Designed for complete integration (in both standard and slick variants) with modern chest rigs (such as the HSP D3), and modular pouches through built in vertical webbing.

Color matched inner mesh lining improves air flow and comfort while wearing the Guardian Plate carrier. All webbing features a soft loop front ID Panel for Patch, Chest Rig, and Velcro pouch compatibility on both sides of the carrier. The heavy duty drag handle is low profile and snag free, with durable bartack stitching. Removable shoulder pads are included and constructed with the same padded mesh inner lining for improved comfort. Each shoulder pad features dual loop guides for attachments such as hydration tube, radio, tourniquet(s), or D-Rings.

Proudly made in-house in our Phoenix, Arizona Manufacturing facility the AR500 Armor® Guardian Plate Carrier features high quality components and has been engineered to last.

Guardian Plate Carrier Slick-Side Variant: Our Slick Side variant does away with QD Cobra buckles on the shoulders & sides; replacing the top shoulder buckles with ITW Nexus loop locs; side buckles are replaced with ITW Nexus standard 2" buckles. All webbing on the back side of the Micro is removed and replaced with a 4" Velcro ID Panel. Front side webbing includes 4 bottom rows with soft loop Velcro, compatible with all standard mag pouches and chest rigs, accompanied by a 4" Velcro ID panel up top.
